These Terms & Conditions govern services purchased from NzuHosting, a service of Nzunda Technologies Limited ("NzuHosting", "we", "us"). By ordering, paying for, or using a service, you confirm that you have authority to enter into this agreement and agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
We provide hosting, domain registration assistance, website design and custom system development. You must provide accurate contact and billing information, keep client-area credentials secure, and promptly update any changes. Services may be activated after payment is verified and required order information is supplied.
Domain registrations, transfers and renewals depend on registry availability and rules. You are responsible for checking spelling and registrant details before submitting an order. Domain ownership remains subject to registry and registrar terms; we cannot guarantee availability until registration is completed.
You may use hosting only for lawful content and operations consistent with your plan limits. Prohibited activities include:
Hosting plans are subject to technical limits shown at ordering, including storage, bandwidth, domains and email sending safeguards. We may limit, suspend or terminate abusive services to protect customers, deliverability and platform security.
Design and custom development packages are delivered according to the package scope and any agreed project brief. You must supply necessary content, approvals, branding materials and lawful rights to all supplied materials. Custom System packages include a website and are deployed to customer-controlled hosting unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment gateway, SMS, app-store, domain, hosting or other third-party accounts and fees are the customer's responsibility unless expressly included in a written quotation. Work outside the stated package scope may require a separate quotation.
We use reasonable operational and security measures, but no internet service is uninterrupted or risk-free. Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of important website, email and system data and for securing applications, passwords and content under their control.
We process personal information necessary to operate accounts, fulfil orders, provide support and meet legal obligations as set out in our Privacy Policy. The site uses essential cookies and offers cookie preferences for any optional technologies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from service interruption, customer content, third-party systems, registry decisions or customer security failures. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
