How we collect, use, and protect your data.
NzuHosting is a service of Nzunda Technologies Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse our website, create or use a client account, purchase hosting, domains, website design or custom systems, or contact support. We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws in Tanzania, including the Personal Data Protection Act.
We use relevant data to create and secure accounts, process orders and payments, register or manage domains, provision services, deliver projects, provide support, send billing or service notices, prevent abuse, maintain records and comply with lawful obligations. Where optional marketing or analytics activities require consent, you may choose whether to allow them.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only as necessary with payment processors, domain registries or registrars, infrastructure and communications providers, professional advisers, or lawful authorities. These recipients may process data under their own legal duties and policies.
Essential cookies and similar browser storage are used to run sessions, security controls, shopping-cart and client-area functions, and to remember your cookie preference. These are required for requested website functionality. Optional analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced, will be enabled only after you choose to allow them.
You can change the site preference using the control below and can also clear browser cookies or local storage through your browser settings.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to supply services, maintain transaction and support records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and secure communications where appropriate, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction where appropriate, objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent for optional processing. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited where retention is required for contracts, security, taxation or law.
Our services are intended for customers able to enter contracts and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's data for marketing. Links to third-party websites, including payment, registry or partner services, are subject to those third parties' privacy notices.
To exercise rights or raise a privacy concern, email info@nzundatech.co.tz or use our contact page. You may also seek guidance or lodge a complaint with Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
We may revise this policy as services or legal requirements change. Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
